About Me
Before leading digital government engineering, I spent six years at Singtel — first leading backend engineering for the consumer digital products, then the BSS/OSS transformation for the main consumer brand. Earlier: software for the global research community at CERN, startup hypergrowth at RedMart and ShopBack, coaching enterprise teams at Pivotal Labs, and large-scale transformation at Prudential.
The part of the job I enjoy most is coaching and mentoring — helping engineers and managers grow into confident leaders, then watching them outgrow what I could teach them. I also serve on the External Advisory Board at the Singapore University of Technology and Design.
Beyond the day job, I write about engineering leadership and platform engineering, and I keep building things on the side — the latest is Materia, an interactive physics and chemistry project.
